Fret work anyone?

Would you spend big money to buy a vehicle and then never change the tires when they wore, or the oil, at least occasionally?  Then again, you're probably a musician so, well,  bad question I guess.  Anyway, that guitar that you ached to own, and then sweated to buy, needs some attention from time to time to keep it playing well.  Necks change in subtle, or even not so subtle ways, and can require adjustment.  Frets wear just from playing and require re-crowning, and eventually, replacement.  In addition ALL guitars, new and old require proper setup to play their best when new, and on a ongoing basis.
